The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, fantastic restaurants, and downtown shops. The rooms are well-maintained and come with clean towels. The staff is attentive and genuinely care about guests. They provide excellent service and offer a shuttle to the airport.

Everything. Staff was very friendly Hotel has a good atmosphere Loved that we had adjoining rooms so we could help my niece with her little one. She's 19 months old . She loved running from room to room saying hi and bye.

My wi fi was a little sporadic but it could have just been my phone Bed was a little firmer than I'm used to but I'm spoiled and have a tempure pedic at home so no worries.

The location is marvelous, close to various activities and attractions. The staff is wonderfully friendly and efficient, making the stay even more pleasant.

Regarding service, it was FRIENDLY with a shuttle from-and-to the airport. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous and handy for exploring this beautiful area, just next door to the Great Wolf Lodge.

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to Grapevine's downtown and Dallas, with convenient transportation to and from the airport. The rooms have comfortable beds. The staff was efficient and made us feel at ease.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in Grapevine for three nights during my business trip. The staff was incredibly kind and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus. Being able to leave our car at the hotel saved us a lot of money. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a great start to our day. The senior staff members were very helpful throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, including an Olive Garden and historic downtown Grapevine. It's also located near a convention center.

The queen room was tidy with cozy beds and wake-up service, plus having a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets added to the experience.
